Baylor Flowers was wonderful and so easy to work with. I am out of state and I easily navigated their website to select what I wanted. The most fabulous thing is that they sent me a photo of the arrangement prior to delivery...I thought that was a special touch!! Great company! I live in Houston and wanted to send flowers to my family in Waco and found Baylor Flowers. Website was so easy to navigate and customizable. They even texted me a picture of the flower arrangement before they delivered and it was amazing, exceeded my expectations. They delivered everything on time and carefully. My family absolutely loved everything including the hand written card and chocolate truffles I added on from the website. For any occasion, every flower arrangement delivered has been fresh, beautifully designed, and happily received. Truffles are usually added to the order and always enjoyed by the recipient. In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
