We ordered a dozen yellow roses to be delivered for my mom’s birthday. I placed the order on Sunday online (even though I believe they are closed in person on Sundays). Monday I received a text message with pictures showing us her exact bouquet, to make sure we were happy with everything. It was beautiful! I texted later to check on a delivery time and they responded right away. When delivered we didn’t make it to the door in time, but they called/texted/and knocked, so it was not because of them!! LOL. We got the flowers right away, though, so everything worked out perfectly. They contacted me and my mom to make sure we got them and they hadn’t been left out in the heat for too long. Beautiful arrangement! They even sent me pictures of the arrangement before delivery and confirmed delivery details. I would recommend Baylor Flowers to others and would definitely use them again.

The flowers arrived in a timely manner, and they were very beautiful. The recipient loved them! A minor issue with online ordering was addressed immediately and courteously.
In some instances, our photos show an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Deliveries will be made as soon as possible on the day requested. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times. It is our practice to deliver businesses earlier in the day if the order is placed in advance.
We will hand-deliver your floral gift wherever we are able. Some businesses, hospitals, and apartment homes require us to leave your gift at a reception desk or parcel room.
When delivering to homes, we don't like to leave flowers on porches unless we are given permission by you or the recipient to do so. We may need to contact the recipient to schedule a time that they can receive their flowers. Don't worry, we won't spoil the surprise!
If your recipient is unavailable when we deliver, we will contact them and ask if they prefer us to leave the delivery in a safe spot or arrange a time for them to pick it up at our shop. We will reschedule the delivery with the recipient if appropriate or necessary. Re-delivery may incur an additional fee.
We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged. We also offer exchanges — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a return or exchange.
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
