In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for a friend in Waco, leaving it to Baylor Flowers to design it. They texted me a photo of their creation-it was stunning and the vase was beautiful. Such an easy process, and they were so quick to get the most BEAUTIFUL flowers delivered to some family members. They also sent us a picture of the arrangement before delivery so we could sneak a peak. Will 100% use Baylor Flowers again!

I live out of state, but ordering for delivery in Waco was absolutely seamless and left my mind at ease. The flowers were stunning! I can’t recommend Baylor Florists enough!
