In some instances, our photos show an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Deliveries will be made as soon as possible on the day requested. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times. It is our practice to deliver businesses earlier in the day if the order is placed in advance.
We will hand-deliver your floral gift wherever we are able. Some businesses, hospitals, and apartment homes require us to leave your gift at a reception desk or parcel room.
When delivering to homes, we don't like to leave flowers on porches unless we are given permission by you or the recipient to do so. We may need to contact the recipient to schedule a time that they can receive their flowers. Don't worry, we won't spoil the surprise!
If your recipient is unavailable when we deliver, we will contact them and ask if they prefer us to leave the delivery in a safe spot or arrange a time for them to pick it up at our shop. We will reschedule the delivery with the recipient if appropriate or necessary. Re-delivery may incur an additional fee.
We accept returns only for items that arrive defective or damaged. We also offer exchanges — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to arrange a return or exchange.
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
