In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I first used Baylor Flowers in 2012 when my wife still taught at Baylor. I sent her flowers at the beginning of each semester until her retirement in 2023. They always sent beautiful arrangements at a fair price, and delivery was always timely with occasional special instructions. This most recent purchase was no different. I ordered an arrangement for a funeral and it was stunning! Exactly what I envisioned and they delivered it the same day and sent me pictures of the finished arrangement. Needed a last minute arrangement to cheer up a friend who recently lost a pet. The arrangement was delivered & was beautiful. The flowers smelled wonderful & looked great. Baylor Flowers made it so easy to send my Baylor Bear some flowers during a rough week! What a blessing to have someone so close that understands the hug that flowers offer when moms are far away. Thank you for putting together a beautiful bouquet and getting it to my daughter's dorm on the same day-so grateful! Will be ordering again!
