In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

The Burgundy and Blush floral arrangement I sent to my daughter for her birthday were magnificent!! I added a box of truffles and she loved them! Flowers arrived promptly and were waiting for her when she arrived back at her dorm. I can't thank Baylor Flowers enough for the easy transaction and seamless delivery! This is my second time using Baylor Flowers; they do a terrific job. My daughter has loved both arrangements that have been sent to her. They will send you a picture of the arrangement before they deliver it, and they will also notify you that the arrangement has been delivered.
