Kim began working with Baylor Flowers as a part-time delivery driver over 19 years ago. She soon became a floral designer before serving as Lead Designer and Manager, and she later purchased the shop in 2017. Kim shows up every day as our fearless leader, ready to serve our Flower Fam in the best way possible. She knows how to have a good time, but she doesn’t let that stop her from getting the job done with a smile!

Lauren began working with Baylor Flowers in 2010, and she brings over 20 years of experience in the floral industry. She currently serves as our Shop Manager and Lead Designer, answering all kinds of questions and designing the most creative works of art! Lauren studied Fine Arts in college, and her favorite thing about floral design is blending art and nature into a new creation. Her creative eye is unmatched, and she continues to learn and grow more and more every day!

Deborah came to Baylor Flowers in 2021 and brings creativity and fun to our team!

Amanda came to Baylor Flowers as an absolute answer to prayers! She was not afraid of jumping into something totally new, and she is always willing to learn new tasks, techniques, and methods of floral design. As for side gigs, she frequently jams with her husband Aaron, as together they form the band duo The Union Revival. Amanda also makes DELICIOUS pies under the name Revival Pies. She is mom to two teens and two doggos, Luna and Patrick, as well as a cat, Loki, so she stays busy!

Diana joined the Baylor Flowers team in 2022. She began answering phones and assisting customers in-store, and she soon started tinkering with floral design. She came to us with some experience in the floral industry. Diana is a residential realtor when she is not playing with flowers at the shop, and she would love to help you find your next new home! She brings her sweet, nurturing Grandmommy spirit to everything she does.

Our youngest floral designer, Madison came to Baylor Flowers in May of 2023. She quickly became a beloved member of the team with her spunk and red-headed sass. Madison loves to work with sunflowers, as they bring her great joy. She marches to the beat of her own drum and is not afraid to shine in all her glorious power - like a sunflower!

Ellie joined the Baylor Flowers team in July 2023, after managing Bloom Waco. She has years of experience working with flowers throughout the US, including Connecticut, Georgia, Tennessee, and now Texas! With an arts background, Ellie’s creative designs make each arrangement unique, curated to the flora. Outside the shop, Ellie loves to go on walks with her family, sing and dance with her daughter, and travel to new places.
