Baylor Flowers is locally owned and operated and has proudly served Waco and the surrounding areas for over 40 years. We are just blocks away from the campus of Baylor University and love working with the students, parents, faculty and staff.Our design team has over 35 years combined experience and can create custom designs for any occasion! Whether its a birthday, anniversary, sympathy tribute, get well wishes, special event, or just because, we will help you select the perfect gift.
We provide delivery of fresh floral designs, plants, gift bundles, and snack baskets. We also have a selection of Baylor merchandise, sorority gifts, candles, and more! We can customize a gift basket for delivery just for your loved one. We look forward to helping you make someone's day brighter!

Do you offer same-day flower delivery in Waco?
Yes, we provide same-day delivery in Waco for orders placed before 11:00 AM. For same-day delivery after 11:00 AM, you are welcome to call the shop to see if we have still have availability.

Can I order online or by phone?
Yes! You can order online anytime at baylor-flowers.com or by phone at (254) 753-1791 during our business hours (Mon 12:00 PM-4:00 PM, Tue-Fri 9:00 AM-4:00 PM, Sat-Sun Closed).
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, bank account payments, and Afterpay at our online checkout. For in-store or phone orders, we take cards, cash, and checks.
Do you deliver to Baylor University?
Yes, we deliver to Baylor residence halls and offices daily! For students living on campus, simply enter the name of their Residence Hall in the address field and provide a phone number where they can be reached so we can let them know they have a delivery waiting for them at the reception desk. For staff members, please enter the name of their building, department, and office number. We cannot deliver to the on-campus mailroom or classrooms.
Can I request certain flowers or colors?
Of course! You can let us know your preferred flowers or color palette. While some blooms may be seasonal or limited, we’ll do our best to create an arrangement that reflects your vision.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If the recipient isn’t available, our driver will communicate with the recipient and either leave the flowers in a safe spot or arrange delivery at a later time.
Do you deliver flowers to hospitals, offices, or event venues in Waco?
Yes, we deliver to homes, hospitals, businesses, and venues across the Waco area. Please provide the full address and any delivery notes during checkout.
Can I include add-ons with my bouquet or arrangement?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of flower delivery add-ons to personalize your arrangement such as small gifts or keepsakes. You’ll see available add-ons on each product page and again at checkout.
How do I make my flowers last longer?
Trim the stems, place them in fresh water, and keep the arrangement in a cool spot away from direct sunlight (or other heat source) to extend their life.
